How It Works

Work Study participants contribute 8-12 hours per week to studio operations in exchange for:

Work Study Responsibilities

Studio Operations Support

Front Desk & Client Services (3-4 hours/week)

  • Handle phone calls and booking inquiries

  • Assist with client questions and concerns

Facility Maintenance & Setup (2-3 hours/week)

  • Clean and sanitize equipment

  • Set up and break down class equipment

  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization

  • Light maintenance tasks and supply inventory

  • Ensure equipment is properly functioning and safe

Administrative & Marketing Support (2-3 hours/week)

  • Social media content creation and posting

  • Client communication and follow-up

  • Event planning and workshop assistance

  • Data entry and client record maintenance

  • Photography for marketing materials

Special Projects & Events (2-3 hours/week)

  • Workshop and retreat planning assistance

  • Community outreach and partnership development
